I did the Riverfront parkrun. I forgot my bar code and ran it easily while picking up the pace Kenyan style. I did it in appprox 25 minutes.
Yesterday qwe had the sad and unbelievable news that Nick Jacko Jackson had died following an aneurism and a heart attack. He was 52. Much, much , much too soon.
