I did the EMACS 2017 10000 metres.
I was second slowest on paper and that is how it turned out. I went off a bit quick. If I was fit I could have held on to someone in front but it was not to be. Evetually, as I tired, I was lapped by Huw Roberts and Harry Huber. My time of 43 47 was only to be expected in view of my injury blighted season.
Later (the next day) I was able to get treatment from a Chiropractor (Vicky Brooks from Bawtry near Doncaster).
That helped me greatly for the cross country.
