Did an LSR with Buffy's 8am crew. We did the Llama Run in reverse with an extra loop at the start down the riverfront to the footbridge to make it up to 14 and a quarter miles. ... with
Chris Davies, Chris xxx, Andrew Barry, Julie Davies, Paul Dursley, Lynda Dursley, Janine Lane, Ben xxx, Buffy, Trudy Hurford, Lisa Nicholls, Claire Scott and myself.
Right ankle a bit sore everything else OK. No doubt my Piriformis will complain this evening.
