I did a run with Maisie. We went down Glanmor Park Avenue and on to Chepstow Road via Farmwood Close. We did the Royal Oak loop from there including a visit to the cemetery.
I had a lunchtime appointment with Josie. She worked on my piriformis, glutes hamstring and lower back on the injured left side.
