I did the Riverfront parkrun. I ran from home. I did the parkrun at a tempo pace (22:11), Vicy Fear was with me for a while, I hunted down Gareth Barrington in the final few hundred metres. Rob Tudhope was further ahead. He ran a good PB. As did Tim Wright! I ran home ... happy with the session.
