More hilly than recent Mondays, I did a circuit, along Christchurch Road, down past the Royal Oak on to Chepstow Road, down to Victoria Avenue. Up the hill and back along Christchurch Road finishing through the park and along Beechcroft Road. First time I've done that one for 18 months. 6.9k. Enio Morricone on the mp3 player. Excellent.
