I did the 9am Lliswerry Sunday LSR with, me, Scotty, Chris Watkins, John Hill, Ian Harrhy, Sonja Breese and Sophie Henshall. We did the Lliswerry 8 loop starting and finishing at Albany Street. We used the cycle path at the back of Monsanto to get to and from Pye corner. That route added a bit and the total was 16.8 miles.
