I somehow contrived to fail to start Livetrack this evening.
So here is the report!
Bimble! AKA Easy 77 minutes. Gave the Caerleon
laps a miss tonight. The residents of Cold Bath Road will wonder where I am. I
went for a random bimble and included a "run" / power walk up
Beechwood Road at the end. I forgot my bus pass so I didn't have much choice.
Afterwards I had two pints of coffee made with double cream.
That's all for tonight. No sugar boost!
