Forgive me father for I have sinned... 5 pints of Stella, a Hawkwind concert and a ton of junk food was not the best preparation for this morning's 12.4 mile (20 km) bimble, aka the Llama run. Had nice chats with Sonja & Claire, Steve Williams (2), Matthew, Kieran, Chris Davies, John Hill etc. I did the tail running duties but I would have been last anyway.
