I did an LSR with the 8am crew including ...
Buffy, Julie Davies, Lynda Dursley, Chris Stewart, Deb Wood & her partner Robert Wood, a young lady Jodi Pontin?, Mattew Potter and me.
Half did a 16 mile route I did 10. We ran down to the SDR up to the Coldra and back down Chepstow Road. The group doing the longer distance turned right in Maindee and headed back out to do a loop via Caerleon and the cycle path.
